Our Journey
1982
Rooted in Craft, Driven by Innovation
1982 – Bhambari Printers- was founded in Chandigarh, specializing in flexographic printing. Spanning 500 square yards with a covered area of 12000 square ft, Bhambari Printers is strategically located in Plot No. 704, Industrial Area, Phase 1, Chandigarh—just 1 km from the Tribune Chowk. This facility houses advanced printing technology, ensuring high precision and efficiency in every project.
2006
2006 – Establishment of Bhambari Printpack at Thana, Baddi
In 2006, Bhambari Printpack was established in Thana, Baddi (Himachal Pradesh) with a strategic focus on manufacturing Metpet cartons—a high-end packaging solution known for its metallic finish and shelf appeal. The goal was to meet the growing packaging needs of Baddi’s fast-expanding industrial base, particularly in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, and personal care sectors.
The facility was equipped with specialized offset printing lines and advanced post-press enhancements such as foil stamping, UV varnishing, lamination, and embossing, tailored for Metpet applications. With its emphasis on speed, quality, and visual impact, Bhambari Printpack quickly earned a reputation as a reliable, premium packaging partner for clients in the Baddi region.
2010
The Regional Expansion
BP Lipeds was established in Baddi, focusing on offset printing technology.
Situated on 1.75 acres with a covered area of 80000 square ft, BP Lipeds is located a kilometer from NH-21, on the road leading to Nalagarh (H.P.) from Baddi (H.P.), just after crossing the Bhud Barrier. This facility is equipped to handle large-scale printing and packaging requirements with uncompromising quality standards.
2018
Merger with BP Lipeds for Unified Excellence
In 2018, as part of Bhambari Group’s strategic vision for consolidation and growth, Bhambari Printpack was fully merged with BP Lipeds. This move brought together complementary strengths—offset and flexo capabilities, Metpet expertise, and large-scale infrastructure—under one cohesive identity.
The integration not only streamlined operations but also empowered BP Lipeds to deliver more comprehensive, scalable, and innovative packaging solutions across product categories. The legacy of Bhambari Printpack lives on within BP Lipeds, continuing to drive excellence in premium carton production.

Tribute to Lt. Sh. Harish Chander Bhambari
A visionary with unwavering integrity, Sh. H. C. Bhambari laid the foundation of our legacy. His leadership, humility, and passion continue to guide our values and vision
Sh. H. C. Bhambari was born into a humble middle-class family in the small town of Sambhar, Rajasthan (India). After completing his graduation, he embarked on a career with the State Bank of India, where he worked diligently while upholding strong family values and ethics. As the eldest of three brothers, he not only provided for his family but also dedicated himself to ensuring the success of his younger brother, Sunil Bhambari, in the printing industry. With his guidance, Sunil established a printing unit, which, through hard work and perseverance, grew into one of the leading printing businesses in Chandigarh.
After a successful career in banking, Sh. H. C. Bhambari decided to take a leap of faith and co-founded a printing and packaging company in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, alongside his brothers. His sons soon joined the business, bringing fresh perspectives and taking the company to new heights. Driven by a vision to make the business one of the best service providers in the region, Sh. H. C. Bhambari dedicated all his time, energy, and effort to the success of the company.
Through relentless hard work and determination, the company soon became a well-known name in the region and expanded its reach to multiple cities across India. It began supplying packaging materials to leading FMCG, pharmaceutical, and automotive sectors, further establishing its reputation for excellence.
Sh. H. C. Bhambari was a seasoned professional, highly respected in the printing and packaging industry. He actively participated in various industry forums and professional organizations, contributing to the growth and development of the sector. A visionary leader, he believed in the power of innovation and encouraged the development of new ideas and processes, ensuring that the company remained at the forefront of the industry.
In addition to his professional achievements, Sh. H. C. Bhambari had a deep commitment to social causes. Sh. H. C. Bhambari passed away in 2021, but his legacy lives on, guiding us to continue upholding the same principles that he cherished throughout his life.

Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital Support Initiative

Our contributions include the donation of wheelchairs, essential medical equipment, and ongoing logistical support as per the hospital’s evolving needs. In line with our commitment to meaningful healthcare impact, we also maintain a dedicated Palliative Care Fund to assist in the treatment and maintenance of underprivileged cancer patients. Singhpura Government School Upliftment Project: As part of our commitment to education and community development, we undertook a complete transformation of Singhpura Government School. What began as a modest two-room structure was reimagined into a vibrant learning space featuring 10 modern classrooms spread across two floors, a dedicated vocational training room, and a fully equipped multimedia room. We also provided essential infrastructure such as furniture, fans, and classroom amenities to enhance comfort and functionality. This initiative not only improved the physical environment but also empowered students with better opportunities for holistic learning and growth.
Smart Classroom Integration in Rural Schools: Partnering with local NGOs, we have helped introduce technology-based learning for students in remote areas. We support their learning journey by donating stationery and school essentials. Our unique Eco-Notebook initiative transforms unused notebook pages—collected through school and community drives—into refurbished, environment-friendly notebooks. These Eco-notebooks not only promote sustainability but also ensure that every child has access to basic learning materials. Our mission is to empower young minds while caring for the planet.

Toilet Block Construction – Government School, Sector 16, Panchkula: We funded and oversaw the construction of clean, gender-segregated toilet facilities, promoting hygiene, dignity, and school attendance—especially among girl students.
Infrastructure Support for Public Institutions: Bhambari Group has supported the refurbishment and upgrading of local community halls, Anganwadis, and schools across Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh region.
